Rural Development funding project
In this cooperation project, we want to develop and communicate ten ideas with the Blühendes Österreich Foundation on how a sustainable improvement in biodiversity can be achieved on agricultural land with little effort and low costs. To this end, already tried and tested measures are collected and new ideas are developed together with farmers and experts. The focus is on ensuring that the measures make sense for biodiversity and that they can be implemented broadly and above all, easily.
Over a period of three years, these measures will be presented regularly via the Blühendes Österreich and Suske consulting networks and farmers will be motivated to implement these measures on their land. A short explanatory video will be created for each measure that describes the purpose of the measure and its implementation. A quarterly magazine will provide detailed instructions and introduce other initiatives and people who actively preserve and promote biodiversity. The measures will be widely publicized and advertised via the Blühendes Österreich platform, social media channels and a dedicated newspaper.
