Evaluation: EAFRD and ERDF from various member states (2006)

Client: Ecosystems LTD, Brussels, on behalf of the European Commission

Based on a predefined evaluation matrix from the European Commission/DG Environment, various submitted EAFRD and ERDF operational programs from various member states were evaluated, in particular whether the SWOT was complete and correct, to what extent the objectives of the biodiversity strategies were sufficiently taken into account and the PAF was adequate implemented in the programs. The work served the European Commission as a basis for the approval process of the submitted national programs.
