Power Map Natura 2000
What is at issue?
The entire implementation process of Natura 2000 is influenced positively and negatively by a range of different stakeholders. In order to improve the implementation process in the future, it is important to understand the different influencing factors along with their respective significance, so that they can be addressed accordingly.
What is the benefit?
A PowerMap provides a clear picture of the distribution and impact of different stakeholder's influence. The creation of a PowerMap is of great benefit for the development of strategic approaches to handling the different influences and forces at play.

What do we do?
In the course of several workshops with our client, WWF Austria, we created a detailed PowerMap concerning the implementation of Natura 2000 on the basis of previous discussions and interviews. Together we elaborated conclusions and recommendations for the further course of action.
The project was successfully completed in 2015.
