Landscape Programmes and Funding

Course objectives

The practical implementation of nature conservation objectives depends largely on the availability of public funding. The aim of this lecture is to provide practical knowledge about existing funding programs and to practice the skill of writing funding proposals in a smart and professional manner. The lecture is tailored towards funding programs of the European Union (LIFE, Rural Development, Structural Funds), as these provide the largest subsidies in Austria.
